Through the Affordable Care act of 2010, the way health insurance is offered by companies 50 or less in our opinion should change.  Employees now have the option of obtaining the plan that is right for them and their families through the individual market.  There are multiple plans with different benefits and costs that many times provide better coverage at large savings.  Transition Consulting works with each employee to find the plan that works the best for them.  The next step in the process is to arrange the policy premium payment in a way that resembles their old group plan, but remains tax compliant.  This is accomplished through TC Direct Pay, our proprietary banking system.
